  1. Organizer
    This scratch-card promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by:

2. Promotion period
The Promotion runs from 15-12-2025 through 01-07-2026
Winning scratch cards can no longer be redeemed after the end date.

 

 

3. Participation

  • Participation is free and open to natural persons 18 years of age or older, residing in the EU.

  • Each person may redeem a maximum of one prize per promotion period will be redeemed.

  • Employees of JaJa & E-10 BV and persons directly involved are excluded from participation.

  • Participation takes place by receiving a scratch card with a purchase or promotional campaign.

 

 

4. Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded during the promotion period:

All prizes are not redeemable for cash and not combinable with other promotions or discounts, unless stated otherwise.

The scratch-card discounts and store credit are valid exclusively on Jaja products.

A total of the above prizes are available. These prizes will be awarded according to the procedure described in these terms and conditions.

The number of available prizes is limited and cannot be exceeded. Once all prizes have been awarded, the promotion ends automatically, even if there are still participants who meet the other participation requirements.

The organizer will ensure that the drawing or awarding of prizes takes place fairly and verifiably. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.

 

 

5. Redeeming prizes

  • Winning cards can be redeemed until 01-07-2026  in the online store jajashop.com

  • The original winning card must be handed over or presented. Copies or damaged cards are invalid.

 

 

6. Liability

  • E-10 BV is not liable for the loss, damage, or illegibility of scratch cards.

  • The organizer reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the promotion in the event of force majeure or misuse.

 

 

7. Privacy

  • No personal data is required to participate in this promotion, unless necessary for the issuance of a prize.

  • Any personal data will be used solely to process the prize and will not be shared with third parties.

 

 

8. Other provisions

  • By participating in this Promotion, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.

  • This promotion is subject to Dutch law.
